The Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) is set for a major broadcast transformation as the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has finalized a deal with Pakistan’s Trans Production Technologies, replacing long-time production partner Real Impact.

For years, Real Impact produced almost all cricket matches held in Bangladesh. However, the BCB’s decision to switch to Trans Group—citing the company’s over 35 years of experience in sports production—signals a strong push to elevate the BPL’s broadcast standards.

This move aligns with the BCB’s goal to establish a "new production standard." Financially, the shift is expected to save the board around Tk6 crore compared to previous arrangements.

Trans Production Technologies boasts an impressive international portfolio, serving as the broadcast production partner for major cricket boards including the Asian Cricket Council (ACC), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB), and Emirates Cricket Board (ECB).

The company also regularly produces high-profile T20 events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T10 League, and has been entrusted with production duties for the upcoming ILT20 League.
