Metro rail revises schedule for Ramadan

Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) on Tuesday revised the metro rail schedule ahead of the upcoming Ramadan.
In a notification issued and signed by DMTCL Director AKM Khairul Alam, it said passengers will be allowed to carry a maximum of 250 ml of water for iftar.
Rail services will run from 6:30am at Uttara North Station, with the last train at 9:30pm, from the first day of Ramadan until the day before Eid-ul-Fitr.
On the other hand, the first train from Motijheel Station will depart at 7:15am and the last train at 10:10pm.
The schedule remains unchanged for Fridays, Saturdays, and other public holidays.
