Actor Javed returns home from hospital

Legendary Bangladeshi actor Ilias Javed, who once shook the screen of domestic cinema, is not well. On Wednesday, the actor’s physical condition deteriorated and he was taken to a hospital in the capital’s Uttara area.
Speaking to a local media on Wednesday evening, his wife and actress Dolly Chowdhury said that Javed has been suffering from various health complications for a long time, and his condition got worse today, prompting them to rush him to a hospital on doctors’ advice.
In 2019, Javed developed complications in his urination. Later, he underwent surgery. Since then he has been suffering from various internal complications.
Dolly Chowdhury said, “I took Javed to the hospital when his physical condition deteriorated. However, the doctors conducted a few tests. When we get the reports in the next three-four days, we will understand what his new problem is.”
Following the tests at the hospital, actor Javed has been brought home again, Dolly informed.
Born in 1944 in Peshawar, Afghanistan, Javed later moved to Punjab with his family before settling in Dhaka in 1963 at the age of 14.
He started his career as a dancer in the sixties, but later established himself as an actor. Javed was incredibly popular among heroes from 1970 to 1989. It is said that none of his films flopped. He used to dance himself and make the heroines dance and make the screen tremble.
Shabana, Babita, Anju Ghosh, Rozina, Sujata, Sucharita were his heroines. Not only as a hero, but also as a dance director, he was busy at one time.
Javed has acted in over two hundred films so far. “Malka Banu”, “ Onek Din Agey”, “Shahjada”, “Rajkumri Chandroban”, “Sultana Daku”, “Ajo Bhullini”, “Kajal Rekha”, “Saheb Bibi Golam”, “Nishan”, “Vijayini Sonavan”, “Rooper Rani”, “Chorer Raja”, “Taj O Talwar”, “Noromgorom”, “Tin Bahadur”, “Zalim”, “Chandan Dwip er Rajkonna”, “Razia Sultana”, “Sita Komola”, “Baharam Badsha”, “Aladin Ali Baba” and “Sindabad” are notable films.
