A Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) official confirmed on Monday that Zimbabwe will tour Bangladesh in April for a two-match Test series, replacing the originally scheduled three ODIs and three T20Is, as per the ICC Future Tours Programme (FTP).
According to sources, the tour will begin in Sylhet, with the first Test set to start in mid-April. The second and final Test will take place in the port city of Chattogram.
Zimbabwe, who last played a Test in Bangladesh in February 2020 at Mirpur's Sher-e Bangla National Cricket Stadium, where the hosts secured a dominant victory by an innings and 106 runs, will now return for the Test series.
