International textile expos to showcase latest innovations in Dhaka

An international series of exhibitions focused on the textile and garment sectors is set to begin in Dhaka in the first week of November, showcasing cutting-edge technology, materials, and innovations that will shape the future of the industry.
“There will be a combined expo featuring the 23rd Textech Bangladesh, 22nd Dhaka International Yarn and Fabric Show, and 45th DyeChem Bangladesh,” announced Meherun N Islam, Group Managing Director of CEMS Global USA, during a press conference on Monday.
The exhibitions aim to bolster Bangladesh’s reputation as a global hub for textile and garment manufacturing and strengthen its position as the world’s second-largest garment exporter.
CEMS Global Group CEO SS Sarwar, Executive Director Tanveer Qamrul Islam, and Deputy General Manager Mahmud Riyad Hassan were also present at the briefing held at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in Dhaka.
The three expositions will be held from 10 am to 7 pm each day at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center on the outskirts of Dhaka.
The event will attract key manufacturers from around the world, highlighting advancements, innovations, and trends in the textile supply chain.

Textech, a premier platform for Bangladesh and South Asia’s textile and garment industry, will showcase cutting-edge textile garment technology and machinery.
The expo will offer manufacturers, suppliers, and industry experts an opportunity to explore the latest innovations in textile production, garment machinery, and related technologies.
The Dhaka International Yarn and Fabric Show will focus on exhibiting the latest collections of yarn, fabric, trims, and accessories, catering to the rapidly evolving needs of the textile and apparel industry.
This event will connect visitors with top suppliers and manufacturers from around the globe.
DyeChem Bangladesh will highlight dyestuffs and chemicals, emphasising sustainability and innovation in textile dyeing and chemical processes.

The organiser emphasised that this series of exhibitions will play a pivotal role in driving Bangladesh's textile and apparel industry, offering a platform for networking, business development, investment, and cross-border collaborations.
