For Khaled Sajeeb, producing content is not just a profession—it’s a passion driven by his love for storytelling and the thrill of bringing his   imagination into life which ultimately reflects on the screen.  
In an interview with the Daily Sun, Khaled Sajeeb, who is currently performing as Deputy Head of Content and Publishing of OTT platform Bongo, said that he is producing content for several reasons such as love for storytelling, bringing imagination to life, impact and influence, artistic expression and to connect with audience.    
According to the content expert, storytelling is at the heart of his work. “I have always been fascinated by the power of a well-told story to escapade people to different worlds, evoke deep emotions, and offer new perspectives. Producing contents allows me to share these stories in a broader aspect with audience, creating a shared experience that resonates on a profound level”, said Khaled Sajeeb.    
Bringing imagination to life is also important while producing content.  He said, “There is an ecstasy in seeing my imagination come to life on screen. The process of transforming abstract ideas and vivid dreams into tangible visual narratives is incredibly heartwarming. Through content, I can craft entire worlds, develop intricate characters, and weave complex plots that captivate and engage viewers.”   
“I believe in the power of film and television to influence culture and inspire change. By producing meaningful content, I can highlight many unexplored chapters of life are yet to unfold, promote empathy, and encourage critical thinking. Videos are powerful tools for fueling conversations and challenging societal norms”, he added.  
While producing content, Khaled Sajeeb always gives paramount importance to artistic expression. According to him, producing film is a form of artistic expression that combines various elements of creativity—writing, directing, acting, cinematography, and more. This collaborative art form allows him to explore and experiment with different storytelling techniques, pushing the boundaries of creativity.
The objective to producing content is also to get connected with the audience. He said, “One of the most rewarding aspects of producing movies and dramas is the connection it fosters with audience. Hearing how a film or series has touched someone’s life, provoked thought, or provided solace is incredibly gratifying. This connection drives me to create content that is not only entertaining but also meaningful.”
Khaled Sajeeb is very careful while selecting content. About selecting content for commissioning, he said, “Selecting content for commissioning is a nuanced process that requires balancing artistic vision with business acumen. I ensure the content I choose resonates with the entertainment audience and achieves a strong return on investment (ROI).
It is a careful balance of understanding audience preferences, staying ahead of market trends, ensuring script quality, assessing commercial viability, collaborating with top creative talent, balancing creative and business goals, and testing concepts.
