The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) on Tuesday announced that the upcoming Women's T20I Asia Cup 2024 is scheduled to take place from July 19-28 in Sri Lanka.
ACC stated that this edition of the tournament will feature eight teams, one more than the previous edition in 2022, indicating the growing interest and participation in women's cricket across Asia.
UAE, Malaysia, Nepal, and Thailand from The Women's Premier Cup 2024 will join the cricketing powerhouses -- India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh in the main stage of the event.
