Comilla Victorians received a big boost ahead of their remaining matches of the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League as their Caribbean star recruits Andre Russell and Sunil Narine joined the franchise in Chattogram on Saturday.
Comilla are already in a good position to qualify for the playoffs as they are in second place with 14 points from nine matches and their inclusion will definitely raise the prospect of finishing in the top two in the league stage and also do well in the playoffs.
Both the players were part of Comilla’s last year’s BPL winning side.
Comilla will face Sylhet Strikers in their next match on Monday.

Meanwhile, Khulna Tigers are hopeful to get the service of another Caribbean all-rounder Jason Holder in their next game against Chattogram Challengers on Tuesday.
Holder represented Dubai Capitals against MI Emirates in the final of the ILT20 in Dubai on Saturday.
