With this win, Rangpur also took revenge on Khulna for their first leg defeat. The former champions earlier suffered a crushing 28-run defeat to Khulna in Sylhet.
Rangpur will face Chattogram Challengers in their 10th BPL league stage match at the same venue on Friday.
