Country’s eight popular singers have lent their voices to a musical project titled “Living Room Sessions” directed by drummer and music director Pavel Areen. Chirkutt member Pavel is known for directing the music of popular song “Ahare Jibon” in Mostofa Sarwar Farooki’s film “Doob”.
The singers of “Living Room Sessions” are Imran Mahmudul, Oyshee, Kona, Masha Islam, Jahid Nirab, Mujib Pardeshi, Innima Roshni and Kajol Dewan. The first session included eight remixes and one original song out of nine songs.
Sponsored by “Time Zone”, the advertisement of the “Living Room Session” is on billboards in New York’s Times Square. Seeing the faces of Bangladeshi artistes on this iconic platform has already created a lot of interest among the audience.  
About the project, Pavel Arin said, “I have been with music since I was six. I have been associated with the popular band Chirkutt for almost two decades. I have also worked as music director in many popular commercials and films. I have been fortunate to work closely with local and international artistes. I have always tried to learn new things to make the country’s music on an international level. Hope everyone will enjoy this musical project.”
The first episode of “Living Room Sessions” will be released on the occasion of Valentine’s Day.
