Former pro-vice chancellor of American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) and former professor of BUET Dr Tafazzal Hossain passed away in New York, USA on Saturday (local time).
He was 84.
He left behind a son, daughter, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, a number of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.
The AIUB family is deeply saddened by the death of the eminent scholar.
