Human hauler driver stabbed to death in city

A human hauler driver was stabbed to death at Sabujbagh in the capital early on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Nadim Hossain, 28, who was a differently-abled person. Police recovered his body from the spot around 5:30am and sent it to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) for autopsy.
Quoting family members, police said that somebody called him from his house and later his body was found on Mosque Lane in the area.
Nurul Islam, sub-inspector of Sabujbagh Police Station, said that he died as he was stabbed with knives. When contacted, Proloy Kumar Saha, officer-in-charge (OC) of the police station, told the Daily Sun that the victim’s family filed a murder case against eight people, who are drug traders, with the police station.
