Gas supply will remain suspended for 12 hours on Tuesday in different areas of Narayanganj and Rupganj for emergency pipeline replacement work.

The gas supply will remain off from 10am to 10pm on Tuesday in Murapara, Baniadi, Mangalkhali, Vayela, Thakur Barir Tek, Bramhangaon, Chhonabo, Bhulta, Gawsia, Rupshi, Barpa and Kanchan, according to a notice of the Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited.

It said that consumers of the adjoining areas will also experience low pressure in gas supply.

The Titas Gas authority expressed their regret for the temporary inconvenience.
