A total of 5, 244 candidates sat for the honours’ first year admission test of ‘A’ unit (Science) under 2022-23 academic session at Hajee Mohammad Danesh University of Science and Technology (HSTU) center in Dinajpur on the last day of the GST system entry test on Saturday.
A total of 5, 442 students registered for this examination at HSTU center while 97 percent of them were present. Vice-Chancellor of the university Prof Dr M Kamruzzaman confirmed the information after visiting the examination center.
It is to be noted that under the country’s 22 general, science and technology universities, the GST admission test started nationwide on May 20 with the ‘B’ unit exam while the ‘C’ unit admission test was held on May 27.
