An international art show titled ‘Colour of Peace’ concluded at Creative the Art Gallery in the capital’s Uttara on Thursday. Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology, GP Koirala Foundation of Nepal and Samakal Shilpi Group, Bangladesh jointly organised the three-day exhibition.
Nepal Ambassador to Bangladesh Ghanshyam Bhandari inaugurated the exhibition on March 21.
Distinguished artist professor Hasem Khan, chairman of Shanto-Mariam Foundation Dr. Ahsanul Kabir, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Shanto-Mariam University and professor of Dhaka University artist Mostafizul Haq were also present.
In the exhibition, a total of 71 artists from Bangladesh and Nepal displayed 71 abstract paintings that capture the art, culture and heritage of their respective countries.
