The shooting of popular Dhallywood actress Apu Biswas-produced first film ‘Laal Sari’ has been complete.
Now, the post production activities of the film are going on. After completing the post production works, the film will be submitted for the censor certificate in this month. Apu Biswas herself confirmed the news to the media on Saturday. She hinted that, if all things go well, the film will be released in theatre on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
The story, dialogue and screenplay of the movie have been written by Tanveer Ahmed Sydney while the film is being directed by Bandhan Biswas.
Apu Biswas will also be seen playing a central character in the movie. Apart from Apu Biswas, actors Symon Sadik, Shahiduzzaman Selim, Doyel and Shoma will play pivotal roles in the film.
Recently, the actress went to Kolkata to participate in 46th Kolkata International Book Fair. She got felicitation from the organisers of the book fair on Thursday. Apu Biswas is very happy after getting reception from the book fair. She thanked organisers of the fair and Apu also express her gratitude to the general secretary of the book fair Tridib Chattopadhyay.
Apu Biswas is noted actress of the country. She made her acting debut with the film ‘Kal Shakale’ directed by Amjad Hossain in 2006. Later, she has acted in many commercially successful movies, including ‘Koti Takar Kabin’, ‘Jaan Qurban’, ‘King Khan’, ‘No. One Sakib Khan’, ‘Ekbar Bol Valobashi’, ‘Ek Mon Ek Pran’ and ‘Chacho Amar Chacho’.
On the work front, Abu Biswas has completed the shooting of her first webfilm Chhayabazi directed by Sayed Shakil.
