Bangladesh Gymnastics Federation President and Bangladesh Olympic Association Vice- President Sheikh Bashir Ahmed Mamun got the ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ award from Asian Gymnastics Union in recognition of his special contribution to Asian and local gymnastics.

Asian Gymnastics Union President Abdulrahman Ben Saad Al Shathri handed over the award to him during the 22nd Congress of Asian Gymnastics Union held in Doha, Qatar on Monday (January 16).

BOA Secretary General Syed Shahed Reza congratulated Sheikh Bashir Ahmed Mamun for achieving this award.
