Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) will replace its contingent at United Nations peacekeeping mission in Mali (MINUSMA).
Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force Air Chief Marshal Shaikh Abdul Hannan as a proud peacekeeper of UN, gave directives to the new contingent members prior to the deployment in Mali at Air Headquarters in Dhaka Cantonment on Wednesday.
He advised them to brighten of the country’s image by performing duty cordially through respect, compassion and care for all irrespective of religion in abroad.
Moreover, he urged everyone to set an unprecedented example in abroad by following various regulations of United Nations. Thereafter, he participated in a special munajat arranged for success contingents.
Among others, Principal Staff Officers, Air Officers of Dhaka area, senior BAF officers of Air Headquarters and Bases were present on the occasion.
