GP wins Corporate HR Award

Grameenphone has won the ‘Corporate HR Award 2022’ for its sincere efforts to ensure ideal HR practices in Bangladesh.

The prestigious accolade was handed over to Grameenphone at the inaugural ceremony of the “FBHRO-UIU 5th HR Convention 2022”, said a press release.

Federation of Bangladesh Human Resource Organisation (FBHRO) organised the programme at UIU Multipurpose Hall in the capital recently.

Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni virtually attended the event as the chief guest.

Prof Dr Md Abu Taher, Member, University Grants Commission of Bangladesh, and Prof Dr Abul Kashem Mia, Pro Vice-Chancellor and VC (In-charge), UIU, were also

present as the special guests. On behalf of Grameenphone, Acting Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), KM Sabbir Ahmed received the “Corporate HR Award 2022”.

Shaila Rahman, Head of Business Partner and Circle HR, and Syed Masud Mahmood, Head of Talent and People Development, were also present at the programme.

FBHRO is an apex umbrella body of non-profit associations and organisations engaged in human resources management and development in Bangladesh.
