Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bangladesh President Niaz Morshed Elite urged the youths to connect with global platform to explore potentials of leadership.
"Leadership such a quality that helps to collaborate with international community. JCI helps to build the network across the world to become a global citizen," Niaz Morhsed Elite, the young business leader, said while addressing a programme in Cox's Bazar.
Cox’s Bazar MP Shaimum Sarwar Komol was the chief guest at the installation ceremony at Sayeman Beach Resort in the town.
To inspire the youths in global networking, young leader Elite said JCI helps him to make friendship with deputy mayor of Indonesia, son of Venezuela president.
"When the leadership skilled improves, the capacity of a person expands to wide areas," he said.
In his speech, MP Shaimum Sarwar Komol urged the youths to become entrepreneur instead of searching jobs to create opportunities for others.
He also appreciated the role of young business leader Niaz Morshed Elite to establish Nagad, a leading mobile financial service, in the country.
JCI National President Niaz Morshed Elite conducted the oath for JCI Cox's Bazar President Abu Farhan.
Other elected office bearers for JCI Cox's Bazar are: executive vice president Abed Ahsar Sagor, vice presidents Sheikh Ashiquzzaman and Tahsin Lutfar, local trainibg commisioner Amzad Mahmud, general legal councilor Humayun Kabir Rubel, treasure Faisal Siddique and directors Monwar Jishan, Nazim Uddin and Arifur Rahman.
The organisation also honoured the past presidents of the organisation since 2013.
