Bangladesh’s T20 leg-spinner Aminul Islam has joined Minister Group Dhaka in the ongoing Bangabandgu Bangladesh Premier League.

A Dhaka official insisted they included Biplob as a replacement for Rishad Hossain as Rishad was found positive for corona.

Meanwhile, Fortune Barisal’s wicketkeeper-batsman Nurul Hasan completed an individual practice session on Saturday after receiving a second corona negative test result.

Nurul earlier missed their opening game against Chattogram Challengers on Friday due to his not getting the second corona negative report. He was tested positive for corona on January 17.

“I received the second negative result today. So I came to take some preparations,” Nurul told The Daily Sun.

Meanwhile, pace bowler Hasan Mahmud bowled in front of a batsman for the first time in the nets after recovering from the back pain injury that he sustained in New Zealand in March last year.

“I’m bowling at 80 percent and want to continue doing this. I’m eyeing to make a comeback in the upcoming Dhaka Premier League,” said Hasan.
