Smartphone & Tab Expo (STE) has returned in style as country’s largest carnival of tech device will start this week with surprise of 5G service.
The three-day expo will kick off at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in the capital’s Agargaon on January 6, organisers briefed at Pan Pacific Dhaka on Sunday.
Organiser agency Maker Communication CEO Muhammad Khan, Teletalk assistant manager Md Abu Hasan Masud, Samsung Mobile head of product planning Fazlul Musawir Choudhury, Transsion Bangladesh head of marketing Md Asaduzzaman, Oppo Bangladesh head of marketing Liu Feng, vivo Bangladesh brand manager Tanzib Ahamed, realme Bangladesh head of sales Muzahidul Islam, DX Group head of retail operations M Hasan Saif, and Huawei Technologies (Bangladesh) Limited head of public affairs & communications Yuying were present at the press meet.
Maker Communication CEO Muhammad Khan said the visitors can enter fair for free.
“However, none can enter the fair without wearing a mask. The fair can be entered only if it is acceptable by measuring the temperature at the entrance,” he said.
Organsiers informed that the visitors of the expo will get chance to hands-on experience the innovations of latest smartphones and tabs at the expo. Smartphones of Samsung, Oppo, realme, Xiaomi, Tecno, vivo. Walton, One Plus and other renowned brands will available at the expo with attractive price and gift items.
Besides, the couple of stalls and pavilion will dedicate for the accessories and gadgets related to the smartphone at the expo.
The sponsors of the fair are: Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Tecno and DX Tel while Huawei becomes tech partners of the mega event. E-Currier will logistic partners in the expo.
Visitors will get free access on check on measurement of acceptable temperature and compulsory mask wearing.
