Bangladesh will take on the hosts Sri Lanka in their last group match of the ongoing Four Nations Invitational Tournament today at Race Course International Stadium in Colombo at 9:30pm (BST).
Bangladesh are currently at the top of the table with 4 points. They need one more point to move into the final of the tournament.
The Maldives and Sri Lanka have one point each. Both teams must win with at least 3 goal difference in their respective matches if they want to play the final of the tournament.
Bangladesh head coach Mario Lemos said that the home side Sri Lanka would get some advantages but he had some different strategies for them.
“We have been preparing a little bit differently for this match. We want to win this match,” Lemos said in a press conference on Monday.
Bangladesh captain Jamal Bhuyan said ahead of the Sri Lanka game that they have the opportunity to carry the trophy to Bangladesh that will be a big motivation for them.
