Galleri Kaya is celebrating its 17th founding anniversary through an exhibition titled ‘17th Anniversary Exhibition’. The exhibition began on the premises of Gallari Kaya in the capital’s Uttara area on Friday evening.
The exhibition also marks the birth centenary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Artworks of Abdus Shakoor Shah, Ahmed Shamsuddoha, Aloptogin Tushar, Aminul Islam, Anisuzzaman, Ashraful Hasan, Chandra Bhattacharjee, Chandra Shekhar Dey, Debdas Chakraborty, Farida Zaman, Hamiduzzaman Khan, Hashem Khan, Jamal Ahmed, Kanak Chanpa Chakma, Kazi Rakib, KMA Quayyum, Masuda Kazi, M.F. Husain, Mohammad Eunus, Mohammad Iqbal, Murtaja Baseer, Nagarbasi Barman, Rafiqun Nabi, Ranjit Das, Ruhul Amin Tarek, Samarjit Roy Choudhury, Shahabuddin Ahmed, Shahanoor Mamun, Sheikh Afzal Hossain, Shishir Bhattacharjee, Shohag Parvez and Wakilur Rahman are being exhibited at the event.
The artworks have been done between 1952 to 2021 in acrylic, oil, watercolor, ink, charcoal, pastel, pencil and mixed media on paper and canvas.
The exhibition will continue till October 23 form 11:30am to 07:30pm.
