BNP decides to hold talks with professionals

As part of its ongoing successive meetings, Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has now taken a decision to hold discussion with different professionals in the third phase to ask for their opinions in a bid to devise its political strategy ahead of the next parliamentary election.

The decision came from a meeting of the BNP standing committee held on Saturday with party acting Chairman Tarique Rahman in the chair. He joined the meeting virtually from London.

“BNP will hold more meetings to discuss the party’s next course of action. This time the meeting will be held with professionals in phases,” BNP Organizing Secretary Syed Emran Saleh Prince, also in charge of the party’s office secretary, told the Daily Sun.

He said the party will hold meetings with lawyers on September 27 while more meetings will be held with other professionals on September 29 and on October 8.
