Farook Haidar, founder chairman of Expressions Ltd, died of a prolonged illness in London on Sunday. He was 81.

He was associated for a long period with Xerox Corporation, retiring at the company’s vice-president.

Later, he worked as an independent management consultant based in London.

He was a patron of art and culture and organised many cultural events in England.

Expressions Ltd, a leading communication agency of Bangladesh, has expressed profound shock the death of Farook Haidar and prayed for the salvation of the departed soul.
