Bashundhara Food and Beverage Industries Limited (BFBIL) and Bashundhara Multi Food Products Limited (BMF) continued to provide special relief assistance for industrial labourers worst affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

On the instruction of Bashundhara Group Vice Chairman Shafiat Sobhan Sanvir, BFBIL and BMF handed out special relief gifts to alleviate the sufferings of the jobless workers throughout the country.

Coronavirus has been ravaging the entire world for more than one and a half years. Bashundhara Group, the largest industrial conglomerate of the country, is working tirelessly alongside the government to tackle the challenges of the pandemic.

BFBIL and BMF reached out to the vulnerable workers at Chaktai in Chattogram and Kalighat in Sylhet on Thursday.

Earlier, relief items were given to the labourers in Barishal Sadar, Khulna Sadar, Jhikorgacha of Jashore and Ullahpara of Sirajganj, Moulvibazar and Savar of Dhaka, Bhairab Bazar in Kishoreganj, Mymensingh Sadar and Puran Bazar of Chandpur.

Under the supervision of Redwanur Rahman, Head of Sales (Bulk) of Bashundhara Food and Beverage Industries Ltd and Bashundhara Multi Food Products Ltd, the food items are given out to support these warriors and their families around the country along with business partners (traders).

Initially, a total of 8,000 families in eight divisions of the country are receiving this assistance. This trend of cooperation will continue in days to come.
