BPL postponed till July 29

Bangladesh Football Federation on Saturday announced that they have decided to postpone Bangladesh Premier League till July 29.

The league was scheduled to resume on the same day after a four-day Eid break at two venues – the Bir Shrestha Shaheed Shipahi Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur and the Bangabandhu National Stadium.

Chattogram Abahani Limited was scheduled to play against Uttar Baridhara Club in Kamalapur while Brothers Union Limited was fixtured against Rahamatgonj Muslim Friends Society at the BNS.

BFF said in a statement that the league has been temporarily postponed and it will resume on July 30. However, they didn't mention any reason behind their last-minute decision.
