The detainees are Shaju Mian, 36, son of late Moyen Uddin of Aziznagar Colony in Rangpur city and Abdul Mannan, 60, son of Syed Ali of Bamondanga Munmut Adarshapara in Sundarganj upazila of Gaibandha.
