BPL set to resume later this month

The second phase of Bangladesh Premier League 2020-21 is set to resume on June 22 or 25, Bangladesh Football Federation informed on Saturday after holding their third executive committee meeting at their office in the capital.

 BFF also decided to request the health ministry to relax the quarantine period for national team players, who will return from Qatar after ending the ongoing joint qualifiers round two for FIFA World Cup 2022 and AFC Asian Cup 2023 in the mid of this month. 

Besides, the committee also extended their contract with General Secretary Abu Nayeem Sohag for the next two years.
