GM Niaz remains unbeaten after round six

Bangladesh grandmaster Niaz Murshed maintained his unbeaten run after round six of the ongoing Asian Continental Individual Hybrid Chess Championship 2021 on Wednesday. 

GM Niaz beat Mongolian GM Urtnasan Nasanjargal in the day’s game and he is currently in third place with four points.

Another grandmaster Enamul Hossain Razib beat FM Subrota Biswas and he now has 3.5 points.

Among others, IM Abu Sufian Shakil beat Jeremy Marticio of Philippines but IM Mohammad Farhad Rahman conceded a defeat to Urazayeb Arystanbek of Kazakhstan.

IM Shakil has earned three points while IM Farhad and FM Subrota remained with their previous 2.5 points each after the end of six rounds.
