Hasan denounces Israeli atrocities on Palestinians

Strongly denouncing the Israeli attacks on the Palestinians, Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud on Sunday questioned whether Israel was above all international laws.

“Israeli brutality on the Palestine people during Ramadan, even on the Eid day and after has crossed all the barbarism of the past. Still silence of the world leaders (of big countries) is really painful. Is Israel above all international laws?” said Hasan, also Awami League joint general secretary, in a tweet, reports BSS.

Earlier, in a view exchange with the journalists after Eid prayers on May 10, Hasan strongly condemned the attacks on Palestine and prayed for long lasting peace there (Palestine).

According to the news agency Reuters, a total of 153 people including 42 children, were killed at Gaza from May 10 to till now.
