BAF aircraft flies to China to bring vaccine

A cargo aircraft of the Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) left Dhaka on Tuesday to bring home 5 lakh doses of Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine and AD syringes gifted by China.

The C-130J aircraft with a total 13 aircrew of board left Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) in the morning to transport the vaccine.

 Chief of Air Staff of AF Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat has provided necessary guidance to carry out the goodwill mission leaded by BAF Wing Commander Md Habibur Rahman.

 The transport aircraft is expected to return home on Wednesday with the vaccine.
