LankaBangla Finance Limited has launched ‘Shikha’ chatbot, a virtual assistance to provide faster, improved and convenient services to the customers.

Managing Director and CEO of LankaBangla Finance Limited Khwaja Shahriar said, “LankaBangla has been working relentlessly on updating technology for better service quality.  As part of this effort we have launched the “Shikha” chatbot, said a press release.

Customer will get balance information of deposit, loans, and credit card mini statement, online application for deposit, loan and credit card, recharging mobile balances, and customers will also be able to know about other different product features through ‘Shikha’ chatbot.
