BAF continues humanitarian assistance

On the occasion of the birth centenary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Golden Jubilee of the country’s independence, Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) is continuing various humanitarian activities including distribution of relief goods, free medical services and Covid-19 vaccine to the people at different BAF Bases during Covid-19 pandemic.

In line with this, cash taka and Panjabi, Pajamas, three-piece and Iftar items were distributed by BAF Base Bashar among 250 orphans of different Madrasahs during this holy month of Ramadan by following proper hygiene rules on Wednesday.  BAF Officers and Airmen of BAF Base Bashar were present at the event.

Besides, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, relief materials were also distributed among the poor families of the adjacent area of BAF Sudharam Airfield (Char Shullakia) in Noakhali on Tuesday.

It may be mentioned that Bangladesh Air Force is continuing to provide free medicine and healthcare services through Covid-19 Primary Symptom Diagnosis and Counseling Center and Special Medical Camps at various BAF Bases as well as providing humanitarian assistance to the general people during the Corona pandemic.
