CHATTOGRAM: The Intern Doctors Association (IDA) of Chattogram Medical College Hospital (CMCH) postponed their work abstention programme for three days on Sunday.

They made the decision after a meeting with the hospital authorities.

IDA Member Secretary Dr Tajwar Rahman said they will enforce work abstention again if their demands are not met within the next three days. IDA Joint Convener Dr Habibur Rahman filed a case accusing the attackers on April 28, he said.

Their demands include arrest of the attackers, withdrawal of the case filed against intern doctors and ensuring safety of them.
