Emerging Team clinch series

Bangladesh Emerging women’s team beat their South African counterpart by six wickets in the third one-day match to take an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-match series at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on Thursday.

Rabeya Khan, Ritu Moni and Nahida Akter all took three wickets each as the visitors were bundled out for just 92 runs in 33.3 overs after deciding to bat first.

Opener Murshida Khatun then made 46 runs as Bangladesh team reached 93-4 in 28 overs to complete the series win over the visitors.

Bangladesh team earlier won the first two games by 54 runs and seven wickets respectively.

The fourth one-day will take place on Sunday at the same venue.
