Navana gets three new high officials

Navana Group has appointed three new high officials in three different services recently.

Khandaker Istiaque Mahmud, Mohammad Naved Ferdaus Iqbal and M Razibul Hasan Khan joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Istiaque was the Industrial Relations and Administration Manager of Linde Bangladesh, said a press release.

During his 25 years career, he has brought a wide range of skills in strategic HR leadership and analytics, industrial relations and corporate and regulatory affairs.

He has worked in global organisations including Chevron, Coats, Nestle and the US Embassy. Naved was the HR Consultant of Navana Group.

He has a Master’s degree in Intelligence and Security Studies from Brunel University London (UK).

Naved has brought a diverse set of experiences of 17 years in strategic HR and organisational strategy, security intelligence, corporate investigations and ethics and compliance with global companies including Chevron, MS Risk and Grameenphone.

Naved has worked in strategic leadership capacities and major organisational change management projects, both in Bangladesh and overseas including the UK, USA, China and Thailand.

Prior to joining Navana Group, Razibul was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Daamag Group.

He is a qualified ACCA from the UK and also has an MBA from the University of Dhaka.

Razibul brings valuable knowledge and skills in Finance from over 15 years of his experiences across diverse industries.
