Marcel initiates digital campaign season-10

Marcel has started season-10 of its digital campaign across the country following huge responses from customers to the previous seasons.

The launch of ‘Digital Campaign Season 10’ was announced at separate declaration programmes held at the Marcel Corporate Office in the capital on Thursday.

Under the campaign, Marcel fridge, television, air conditioner and washing machine purchasers have the opportunity to get another AC, TV or fan for free, said a press release.

Customers will also get guaranteed cashback, cash vouchers or discounts. These customer facilities have come into effect from April 1.

Marcel is conducting digital campaign with the aim to build customers’ database for ensuring swift and faster after-sales service.

In the digital registration process, the details of the customers and their purchased products including the name of the customer, contact number and the model number of the purchased product will be stored on a server so that customers can avail hassle-free after sales service from any Marcel service center, even if the warranty card is lost.

Customers might get an AC or a fan free in purchase and registration of any model of Marcel fridge or washing machine.

There are also lakhs of sure cash vouchers for Marcel fridge and washing machine customers.

In addition, under the digital campaign there are another AC 100 percent free or guaranteed cashback for Marcel AC customers.

Customers after purchasing Marcel TV and registering digitally can get another TV as 100 percent free along with sure discounts.
