As part of the Prime Minister’s scheduled opening of the power plant, Power Division secretary Md Habibur Rahman and top officials of the power division visited Payra power hub on Tuesday.  “PMO has postponed the upcoming inauguration programme in March 31, 2021,” Bangladesh-China Power Plant chief executive officer M Khorshed Alam told the daily sun.
