However, midfielder Rakib Hossain flew with the team after testing Covid-19 negative during the second test.

Earlier on Wednesday, Rakib tested positive for Covid-19.

Meanwhile, Rahmat will undergo a second test on March 20 and upon his getting corona negative result, he will be flying to Nepal on March 22 with skipper Jamal Bhuyan who was released by the I-League team Kolkata Mohammedan.

The tri-nation tournament will commence on March 23 and continue till March 29.
