Robi signs deal with OK Doel

Robi Managing Director and CEO Mahtab Uddin Ahmed and OK Doel President Kazi Jasimul Islam exchange documents after signing an agreement in the capital recently.

Robi Axiata has signed an agreement with OK Doel at a hotel in the capital recently.

Under the agreement, Robi will supply OK Doel with industrial SIMs to ensure data connectivity, monitoring capabilities and digital entertainment for the company’s employees, said a press release.

Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director and CEO of Robi, and Kazi Jasimul Islam, President of OK Doel signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Posts and Telecommunications Minister Mustafa Jabbar was present as the chief guest on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, MD and CEO of Robi, said, “We have always been involved with innovation and new technology.”

Kazi Jasimul Islam, president of OK Doel said, “We are delighted to have a digital company like Robi by our side as we move forward. We are optimistic that this partnership with Robi will allow us to provide more quality service to our customers. In the future, we want to deepen our relationship with Robi.”  

Commissioner of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) and senior officials of both the organizations were present at the signing ceremony.
