Saif thrash Brothers in BPL

Saif Sporting Club defeated Brothers Union Limited by 4-0 goals as they regained their 4th position in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League football match in their last match of the first phase at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Friday.

Nigerian midfielder John Okoli netted a brace in the 72nd and 84th minutes after scoring one goal each by defender Yeasin Arafat and Nigerian forward Kenneth Ikechukwu Ngwoke in the first and 19th minutes respectively.

Rahamatgonj Muslim Friends Society outplayed Arambagh Krira Sangha by 4-1 at the Birshreshtha Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Stadium in Munshiganj.

Local forward Mehebub Hasan Noyon netted twice in the 53rd and 77th minutes while Ivorian forward Lorougnon Christ Remi and Tajik defender Khurshed Beknazarov added one each in the 16th and 84th minutes.

Arambagh forward Nihat Zaman Ucchash scored for the team converting a spot-kick in the 4th minute of the game.
