Young army pilots receive flying brevet

The Flying Brevet Awarding and Closing ceremony of Aviation Basic Course - 11 conducted by Army Aviation Group was held at its office in Tejgaon of the capital on Tuesday.

Chief of Army Staff General Aziz Ahmed was present as the chief guest and awarded flying brevet to the young army pilots.

Officers completing the Aviation Basic course from on Tuesday are going to take up the challenge of performing their new duties as army aviators through the brevet awarding ceremony.

Aviation Basic Course-11 started on August 25 in 2019 where a total of 20 young army officers successfully completed the basic aviation training.

Senior officials of Army, Navy, Air Force, Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh and others various civilian organisations attended at the event.

The Army Aviation Group is a specialised organisation of the Bangladesh Army.
