DGHS driver Malek, his wife sued for graft

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has filed two cases against Abdul Malek, a suspended driver of the Directorate General of Health Service (DGHS), and his wife on graft charges.

Syed Nazrul Islam, assistant director of the ACC, filed the cases on Sunday night.

The case was filed under the Anti Corruption Commission Act-2004’s Section No 27 (1) and the Penal Code’s Section No 109.
