BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on Sunday urged the government to provide the coronavirus vaccine for all people in the country.
“We demand vaccine for all people of the country. And the government will have to ensure the vaccine free of cost,” he said. The BNP leader made the statement while speaking at a discussion arranged by Nagorik Oikya at Jatiya Press Club in the capital.“People will take the vaccine, but prior to this the government will have to bring it into their confidence,” he added.
Mirza Fakhrul also criticized the government alleging that it didn’t make any roadmap about distributing the vaccine.
Nagoirk Oikya convener Mahmudur Rahman said mass uprising will have to be created to oust the incumbent Awami League government.
