Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) Mayor Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh on Thursday attended the namaz-e-janaza of telephone in charge of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Khalid Hossain.
BSS official Khalid was run over by a waste laden truck of DSCC on Wednesday.
His namaz-e-janaza was held at Dogair Purbo-para area in Demra. Mayor Taposh also visited family members of the deceased and promised them necessary support.
Local councillor Motin Saud and top officials of DSCC also attended the namaz-e-janaza.
