BNP to protest at border killing

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has announced a programme for December 21 to stage a protest against the killing of Bangladeshi people along the Bangladesh-India border.

Party Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir made the announcement at a press conference at the party chairperson’s Gulshan office in the capital on Monday.

On the day, they will wear black badges or black dresses and hoist black flags at its central office in Dhaka and all metropolitan and district unit offices throughout the country, he said.
