CWI inspection team visit BKSP

Cricket West Indies (CWI) two-member inspection team had a busy day in the capital as they visited Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan (BKSP) and Evercare Hospital to see the available facilities for the tourists ahead of their forthcoming series.

The duo arrived in Bangladesh on November 28 to assess Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB)'s COVID-19 management and the security arrangements ahead of the series.

West Indies are due to visit Bangladesh in January 2021 for a tour comprising of three Tests, three ODIs, and two T20Is.

BCB officials said that Dr Akshai Mansingh (a member of the ICC & CWI Medical Panel as well a CWI Director) and Paul Slowe (Security and Safety Manager) will go to Chattogram on Tuesday  in a helicopter while they are expected to return to the capital and visit Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on December 2.
