Banglalink Ennovators 4.0 kicks off

Banglalink, one of the telecommunication service providers has commenced the fourth edition of ennovators, a digital ideation competition for innovative youngsters aspiring to become successful future professionals.

The announcement on the competition came out through a virtual press conference on Sunday.

Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer of Banglalink Monzula Morshed made the announcement while Brands and Communications Director of Banglalink Qazi Urfi Ahmad, Head of Talent Management of Banglalink Ayesha Saeed, also spoke on the occasion.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony, Monzula Morshed said that as part of our commitment to digitally facilitating youth empowerment in the country, we introduced Banglalink ennovators a few years back. It feels really great to organise this program for the fourth consecutive year, and give the talented youngsters a precious opportunity to showcase their skills, she added. In this regard, Qazi Urfi Ahmad also said that in today's world, digital innovation and inclusion is the key to staying relevant, enhancing one’s lifestyle, and driving social progress.

We believe that the younger generation plays a large role in this regard as they are always thinking out-of-the box with new approaches, he added.

Banglalink ennovators 4.0 programme will provide the opportunity to youths in order to develop their skills through grooming, boot-camp sessions, workshops and many other activities.

The winning team consisting of four participants will be announced after completing a rigorous selection process.

Along with receiving attractive prizes, the winning team will directly participate in the ‘Assessment Center of the Strategic Assistant Program’ of Banglalink.

Furthermore, all the members of the top five teams will directly qualify for Banglalink’s ‘Advanced Internship Program (AIP)’ and get opportunities to participate in ‘Learn from the Startups’ and ‘Campus to Corporate’, two programs launched for giving students an exposure to startup- and corporate-experiences, respectively.

Students from any UGC approved university can participate in Banglalink ennovators by completing the online registration on https://ennovators. The registration phase will end on October 24, 2020.
